Please allow up to 10 business days to receive your order. In most cases, items will ship within 1-2 days from the date the order was placed, however there may be times when order volumes can be higher than expected at certain times of the year. If you order a small package it will ship in our 3 day shipping class.

 

 

LOST/STOLEN/NOT RECIEVED ITEMS

Once your package has been shipped a valid tracking number will be provided to you via email. You may check your status on USPS.COM. For if ANY reason your package does not make it or is stolen/ lost in U.S mail Celebrity Fashion Hair is not responsible. Once a package shows that it has been scanned into the USPS system, they are responsible for your package. If you do not receive your merchandise or miss the delivery please contact USPS.COM or visit your local post office and provide them with the tracking number that was provided to you and they will further assist you in retrieving your merchandise or filing a claim. All orders include $50.00 insurance at no additional cost. If your order is valued at more then $50.00 and you would like to increase the insurance amount please contact us via email at sales@clebrityfashionhair.com.  Increasing package insurance will be an additional cost.
